  • Procurement Bidding Support - Roading & Water Infrastructure

    Salary: Negotiable experience based
    Location: Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Christchurch

    Role:
    -Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and subcontractors.
    -Liaise with business stakeholders to align on business requirements scope.
    -Execute procurement processes and follow bidding principles.
    -Manage all external and internal stakeholder communication.
    -Maintain and report procurement activity status during the bidding phase.
    -Define Vendor Lists, preparing the request for proposal to send to suppliers.
    -Commercial and contractual negotiation activities.

    Individual:
    -Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders, JV partners.
    -Confidence in having technical and commercial discussions.
    -Ability to analyse prices by assessing basic cost drivers.
    -Enjoy working with a large amount of data, and information.
    -Interstate travel may be required for major project bids.

    Qualification:
    -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Supply Chain, Business, and Finance.

  • Cost Engineer

    Salary: $120 - 150k
    Location: Mount Maunganui

    Role:
    - Water and roading infrastructure.
    - Project Management Consultancy.
    - 40 hour working week and flexible work arrangement.

    Company:
    Work for an exciting Project Management Consultancy who specialises in Roading and Water Infrastructure projects throughout the north Island.
    Be a part of all major projects that New Zealand has to offer.
    This role will suit a numbers focussed Engineer who enjoys attention to detail working and client engagement.

    Responsibilities:
    • Project Management
    • Design Management
    • Engineers Representative/Contract Administration
    • Site time including progress reviews, design coordination, meetings and QA oversight.
    • Tender evaluation, subject matter expert

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related subject
    • 6+ years’ experience in the construction industry
    • High level of commercial acumen

  • Senior Project Manager

    Salary: $170 - 200k + vehicle & package
    Location: Auckland

    Are you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead major civil engineering projects and develop high-performing teams? I’m looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multimillion-dollar Civil projects across the Auckland and Christchurch regions.

    Responsibilities:
    - Project Planning and Management
    - Manage commercial and contractual matters
    - Guide, coach, and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors
    - Collaborate with internal stakeholders

    Qualifications and Skills:
    - Tertiary qualification in an engineering-related field.
    - Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil construction management.
    - A safety-first mindset with a strong record of compliance and risk management.
    - Proficient with MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
