Procurement Bidding Support - Roading & Water Infrastructure
Salary: Negotiable experience based
Location: Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, ChristchurchRole:
-Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and subcontractors.
-Liaise with business stakeholders to align on business requirements scope.
-Execute procurement processes and follow bidding principles.
-Manage all external and internal stakeholder communication.
-Maintain and report procurement activity status during the bidding phase.
-Define Vendor Lists, preparing the request for proposal to send to suppliers.
-Commercial and contractual negotiation activities.
Individual:
-Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders, JV partners.
-Confidence in having technical and commercial discussions.
-Ability to analyse prices by assessing basic cost drivers.
-Enjoy working with a large amount of data, and information.
-Interstate travel may be required for major project bids.
Qualification:

Location: AucklandAre you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead major civil engineering projects and develop high-performing teams? I’m looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multimillion-dollar Civil projects across the Auckland and Christchurch regions.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management
- Manage commercial and contractual matters
- Guide, coach, and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholdersQualifications and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in an engineering-related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil construction management.
- A safety-first mindset with a strong record of compliance and risk management.
- Proficient with MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Roles available in Auckland and Christchurch.
