    About the Role

    This is a pivotal senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working in close collaboration with the Works Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning, delivery, and commercial performance of major civil projects. You’ll provide strategic and technical guidance to a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors while promoting a culture of ownership and excellence.

    This role suits a driven leader who thrives on accountability, sharp commercial management, and developing future construction leaders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee the development and execution of project programmes, budgets, and plans

    Optimise project performance through robust commercial and contractual management

    Monitor and mitigate project risks, delays, and financial variances

    Mentor and develop Project Managers and Engineers

    Skills & Experience

    Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related discipline

    Minimum 15 years’ experience in civil construction, with proven leadership on large-scale projects

    Strong knowledge of contract management, specifications, and compliance frameworks

    Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex subcontractor environments

    Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    Location: Mount Maunganui

    Role:

    - Project Management Consultancy.
    - 40 hour working week and flexible work arrangement.

    Degree in Civil Engineering (Washington Accord-accredited) or equivalent experience

    5+ years of civil construction project management experience

    We’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Supervisor to take the reins on challenging infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll lead site-based crews, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance while delivering projects on time and within budget. You’ll be working hands-on, motivating your team, coordinating subcontractors, and representing the business in front of clients and the public.

    This is a leadership role where your voice matters — and your experience will help shape the success of each project.

    Key Responsibilities

    Plan and coordinate daily site activities for crews, subcontractors, and equipment
