  • Construction Manager

    Salary: $200,000 and upwards plus vehicle and package

    Role:

    Are you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead major civil engineering projects and develop high-performing teams? SEIPP Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multimillion-dollar projects across the region.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead all aspects of project planning and management from inception to completion.

    Enhance and improve project delivery systems, processes, and procedures.

    Manage commercial and contractual matters, optimising profitability and compliance.

    Guide, coach, and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

    Actively champion health, safety, and environmental best practices.

    Individual:

    Minimum 15 years’ experience in civil construction management.

    Strong leadership credentials with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.

    Tertiary qualification in an engineering-related field.

    Extensive contractual and commercial knowledge.

    A safety-first mindset with a strong record of compliance and risk management.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.

    Proficient with MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Cost Engineer

    Salary: $120 - 150k
    Location: Mount Maunganui

    Role:
    - Water and roading infrastructure.
    - Project Management Consultancy.
    - 40 hour working week and flexible work arrangement.

    • Site time including progress reviews, design coordination, meetings and QA oversight.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related subject
